Situated on Bathurst Street, the proposed B.streets condo is accented with cubic expressions on the front façade which is a gesture that has been derived from the restrictions of the zoning envelope.
Tearing back on the top, the proposed B.streets condo has a 4-storey brick podium with several bays that extrude the 4-storey datum to create variety. The B.streets development embodies a 9-storey residential complex on the top of the retail level.
The B.streets condo proposal also illustrates 6 townhouses that face laneway on the east, introducing a more gentle residential experience. The materiality differentiates the podium from the top levels.
Grey-coloured Brick is used for the podium to continue the rhythm of its context, a timeless gesture that marks the contemporary design of the building, while preserving the integrity of the neighborhood. |
